These pokapoka files are constantly showing up - pokapoka78.exe, pokapoka77.exe, pokapoka76.exe and so on. They are part of the EliteBar Toolbar - a toolbar add-on for Internet Explorer that displays ads. It is considered Adware, and is usually installed maliciously by programs or spyware.

pokapoka78.exe and the EliteBar adware is installed into a folder called "etb" in your Windows folder. But if you have the EliteBar installed, chances are that you have lots of other, less conspicuous spyware installed as well. Follow the directions in our Get Rid of Spyware article and the EliteBar adware will be cleaned from your computer quickly and safely, and you'll be protected from future spyware and adware.
