System Integrity Scan Wizard Malware

Please can you help me?
I have a windows vista system and I am being plagued by something called "System Integrity Scan Wizard".
I have tried all the usual spyware/Malware programs but all to no avail
I have followed the Help2Go Get Rid of Spyware instructions and Help 2Go Detective has now asked me to Paste my log file here.
I do hope you can help me
