When I click "Send To TrendMicro" I am taken to the "Analyzing your HijackThis Log" page which does nothing after five minutes. I have only used this latest version of HJT (2.0.0.2) once before and it worked flawlessly. And I have used the previous version successfully for years.

I also tried the Help2Go Detective which in the passed has always worked flawlessly. But I was taken to the "To Do List" page but no analisys.

I am using Windows XP SP2. I have tried with both IE6 and K-Meleon 1.5. which uses the Gecko engine. I have tried several times with both browser's which have proven compatible in the past.

I am not trying to fix a suspected problem. I am just running HJT as part of regular maintenance.

Anyone have an idea what may be going wrong and how to fix it.

Thank you.

Charlie

P.S. AVG AV and AS indicate no problems.

Hi caktus, and welcome to Help2Go!

Can you PM me your HJT log? I'll check it out with the Detective to see what is causing it to choke...

Apparently both attachment and PM didn't work out. So I'll post a current HJT log here in the thread. But I don't see anything in the log that would be causing the problem. I even made sure that popup blocker is off and in fact nothing is being blocked.
