Follow these instructions
Quote:
To disable Error Reporting in Internet Explorer 6 running on Windows XP:

Click Start, and then click Control Panel (or point to Settings, and then click Control Panel).
Double-click System (or click "Switch to Classic View", and then double-click System).
Click the Advanced tab, and then click Error Reporting.
Click "Disable error reporting" to disable both user and kernel-mode error reporting, or click to clear the Programs check box.
Click OK, then click OK again.

And this is why the reporting feature should be turned off
Quote:
Microsoft Office XP and Internet Explorer version 5 and later are configured to request to send debugging information to Microsoft in the event of a program crash. The debugging information includes a memory dump which may contain all or part of the document being viewed or edited. This debug message potentially could contain sensitive, private information.

Hope this helps, let us know.

guys we close this topic already and i thank you all very much for your help. The reason that solved this problem is when the computer had a disc defragmentation. I'm not really sure but thats solved this problem.
More power to you guys.
