what is this?

Hi Everyone,
I need some advise. I have something on my computer that is
in my folders. It is a file that I fear is Trojan.
It is this: WUAUCLT1.EX
Can someone help me with this.

If it is in the System32 folder or the servicepackfiles folder then you're safe. It's part of the windows operating system. Have you done an antivirus/antispyware scan yet?

Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me. It is shown in my 1386 file.
Wauauclt1.EX, then another folder Wauaclt.ex and Wauaclt.EXE.
This is why I wonder if it is not part of the Windows operating system.
Yes, I ran an Anti virus scan, but, it did not show up as a virus.
