Internal Speaker Not Visible to Vista

I have accidentally "uninstalled" my internal speaker on my Sony Vaio running Vista. It still gives a sound on startup but when I look in the Playback section of Sound in the Control Panel it says "No audio devices are installed". How can I "reinstall" it?

Have you looked in device manger for a problem, see the link, check you sound there let us know..
