Unwanted pop ups... How do I remove them??

I keep having pop ups a little while after I log on to Windows. One of them says "System Integrity Scan Wizard" at the top of the pop up box; the other one puts a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in it on my taskbar (once I click on it, it opens a webpage which wants me to download their software).

How do I remove all this without deleting all my files?

You are describing classic malware. Download SuperAntiSpyware (link on left side of this page) and run it. Repeat the scan once a week to stay clean.
