Laughing that's because they already made the mistake of trying to pull xp from the shelves and force everyone to vista. It didn't work out so well Wink They quickly put xp back out for purchase.

Its unprecedented definitely. You have to remember though, this is the first time they have released an operating system that people have to pretty much get new computers to use though.

If I recall correctly, officially XP comes off the shelves at the end of June this year. You will still be able to get licenses through MS open license or volume licensing though.

There you go. Another strange thing. They release SP3, then almost immediately stop selling it! I smell a rat! Why?

At the price they are selling XP for at the moment, it'd be worthwhile buying a few and reselling on Ebay!
