when my computer is loading it say loading C disk or somthing like that and as u rea dit it says it has been canceled and it says tht u can press enter to finish canceling it and thas all it does and i feel like thats the reason i can only download 1 song and then i get kick off the internet net please help me its a window xp is about all i know its a compac
Could be a number of things, your explanation is so vague...
as a start, you could check to see if theres a problem with any of your system files.
to do this,
Click start
click 'my computer'
right-click 'C:'
choose 'Properties'
choose 'tools' tab
choose 'error checking'
2 options are available, "automatically fix file system errors" and "scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors". check both of these boxes, and click "start"
you will see a warning saying it could not be performed 'blah blah blah'... click 'yes'
(note, if you have any protection like 'spybot'etc, it will detect a change to boot settings, allow this change)
Restart your computer.
once your computer restarts, it will go thru a 5 stage check.
stages 1-3 will take only a few minutes, but 4 and 5 can take several hours depending on disk size, so make sure you can do without the PC for most of the day. If it does find any errors, accept any changes it wishes to make.
