more memory

How could I create more memory for my home computer? I have Windows 2000 with a Hewlett Packard tower.

You can't create more memory but you can add more memory. See the link below.

Or, if the above advice does not apply, and it is actually more space for files you wish to create, you have 2 options.

delete old files you no longer need (ensuring you empty the recycle bin too Wink )

and

add/replace the current Hard Drive, which is the component which 'remembers' physical information like picture files and documents and stores them for you.

The best way in my opinion of adding more space for a novice user with USB 2.0 slots on their computer would be an External Harddrive, unless your comfortable opening the pc.
