Hello sinemozturk. Welcome to H2G.

First:

You need you to uninstall one of the antivirus programs. Although they are both good a PC should never run two at the same time.

----------

Open Hijackthis and select Do a system scan only.

Place a check mark next to the following entries: (if there)

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {29A5A1C6-522D-4FCF-819C-2CCA4467E0B8} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {3536BA13-2BEE-422F-BC88-FC58BAAB806D} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {BF956FE5-C9A7-4832-AAF0-86936BB7DE62} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {E9A61C99-FEA1-4CB8-9810-AB3CDF8A305B} - (no file)
O16 - DPF: {1D4DB7D2-6EC9-47A3-BD87-1E41684E07BB} - http://ak.exe.imgfarm.com/images/nocache/funwebproducts /ei/PopularScreenSaversFWBInitialSetup1.0.0.15-3.cab

Important: Close all windows except for Hijackthis and then click Fix checked.

Exit Hijackthis.

----------

Next:

Download SDFix.exe and save it to your Desktop.

Double click SDFix.exe and it will extract the files to %systemdrive%
(Drive that contains the Windows Directory, typically C:\SDFix)

Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following:

  • Restart your computer
  • After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
  • Instead of Windows loading as normal, the Advanced Options Menu should appear;
  • Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press Enter.
  • Choose your usual account.
  • Open the extracted SDFix folder and double click RunThis.bat to start the script.
  • Type Y to begin the cleanup process.
  • It will remove any Trojan Services and Registry Entries that it finds then prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
  • Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
  • When the PC restarts the Fixtool will run again and complete the removal process then display Finished, press any key to end the script and load your desktop icons.
  • Once the desktop icons load the SDFix report will open on screen and also save into the SDFix folder as Report.txt
(Report.txt will also be copied to Clipboard).
  • Finally add the contents of the Report.txt in your next post along with a new Hijackthis log.

----------

Next post please add
SDFix log
New Hijackthis log

Looks better but there are still a few things to look in to.

Is Nod32 turned on and updated? I see it installed but can't tell if it is running or not.

----------

Open Hijackthis and have it fix these entries.

Enable viewing of hidden files and folders.

To enable the viewing of Hidden files follow these steps:

1. Close all programs so that you are at your desktop.
2. Double-click on the My Computer icon.
3. Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
4. After the new window appears select the View tab.
5. Put a checkmark in the checkbox labeled Display the contents of system folders.
6. Under the Hidden files and folders section select the radio button labeled Show hidden files and folders.
7. Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide file extensions for known file types.
8. Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide protected operating system files.
9. Press the Apply button and then the OK button and shutdown My Computer.
10. Now your computer is configured to show all hidden files.

----------

Now from the desktop double click My Computer to locate and delete this folder found in...

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\cxirkdgv

----------

Next:

Go to Start > Control Panel > Internet Options
In the General tab, Temporary Internet Files, click:Delete Files
When prompted, check:Delete all offline content
You can also check: Delete Cookies (You will have to re-enter passwords at websites that require them.)
Click OK

Then, go to Start > Run and enter: cleanmgr
Select the drive to clean: C:\
Check the following boxes and then press OK to remove:

  • Temporary Files
  • Temporary Internet Files
  • RecycleBin
Agree to the prompt to perform the action...

----------

Now run a new Hijackthis scan and post the log.

Also let me know how everything is now.

Looks good Very Happy

Time to do some cleanup and secure the work you have done.

  • Click START then RUN
  • Now type Combofix /u in the runbox
  • Make sure there's a space between Combofix and /u
  • Then hit Enter.

The above procedure will:

  • Delete:

    • ComboFix and its associated files and folders.
    • VundoFix backups, if present
    • The C:\Deckard folder, if present
    • The C:_OtMoveIt folder, if present

  • Reset the clock settings.
  • Hide file extensions, if required.
  • Hide System/Hidden files, if required.
  • Set a new, clean Restore Point.

----------

Set a New Restore Point to prevent possible reinfection from an old one
Setting a new restore point AFTER cleaning your system will enable your computer to roll-back to a clean working state if needed.
  • Go to Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools and click System Restore
  • Choose the radio button marked Create a Restore Point on the first screen then click Next Give the Restore Point a name then click Create.
  • The new restore point will be stamped with the current date and time. Keep a log of this so you can find it easily should you need to use System Restore.
  • Next go to Start > Run and type Cleanmgr
  • Click OK
  • Click the More Options Tab.
  • Click Clean Up in the System Restore section to remove all previous restore points except the newly created clean one.

Use the Secunia Software Inspector to check for out of date software.
Out of date software has security vulnerabilities that malware can exploit.
  • Click Start Now
  • Check the box next to Enable thorough system inspection.
  • Click Start
  • Allow the scan to finish and scroll down to see if any updates are needed.
  • Update anything listed.

----------

Keep yourself safe in the future by reading the suggestions HERE

Let us know if anything else comes up.
