Please be patient waiting for a reply as we are running short on Malware Removal Experts at the moment. If you decide to post your log with a description of your problem on another forum please reply to your topic here and let us know so we can close your thread.

In the meantime our Get Rid of Spyware, Adware, and Web Browser Hijackers tutorial might be of some assistance.

Before you post your log please make sure to also run CCleaner and SuperAntiSpyware and make sure that you have done a virus scan with up to date definitions. This can make the process of cleaning a lot faster for you and easier for the person reading your log.
