Detective Didn't Help Me with CWS MSCONFIG problem

every time i start the computer, once i get past my login screen it doesn't load my desktop or startbutton/toolbar ant the bottom and MY DOCUMENTS pops up. don't see anything bad in MSCONFIG, but Detective says i got a CWS MSCONFIG problem, i run the shredder program and it says it removes it, i click exit and restart my computer and it still happens. Everytime i startup i have to bring up Task Manager->File->Run New Task->Explorer just to bring up my desktop and bottom toolbar. Please help! im running Vista Home.
