spyware wont come off

i tried spysweeper spybot ad-aware super antispyware spybot it removes it and then it comes back and it wont come off i am not very savvy at this please help what do i need. the spyware exhibits popups that when you click it. it takes me to a site that has antispystorm to downlaod and buy what a scam please i bow down to anyone who can help me just tell me what you need
windows xp 512mb 200gb 3400+ amd sempron processor.
what to do i need help please. I hav ebeen battling for days and cant get it off
