2nd help request - damage from trojandownloader/system integ

Hi there. Like all too many folks here, I was having a problem with the "system integrity scan wizard" pop-ups. I successfully completed steps 1-7 of your "How to get rid of sypware, etc" guide, but in between that and awaiting a response from my first posting I also found/removed the following suspicious files:

I don't know what the connection is/was, but the pop-ups (which have since ceased) were merely irritating in comparison to the problems I'm having now. The computer has been 100% erratic ever since, sometimes all but completely unusable.

It often takes several reboots to establish a reliable internet connection (yahoo dsl - never had a problem with it before, it was always smooth and quick), and even then the system is subject to interminable screen freezes.

Whenever I try to download from the browser , it succesfully initiates and completes the download, but the "save target as" menu freezes at 99% for several minutes afterwards, regardless of file size.

"Not Responding" is the most common message I tend to get when trying to run any given program. The last 2 times I tried to run ad-aware and spybot - search and destroy, they both froze up entirely and I couldn't even view the results.

I ran SDFix as a last-ditch effort, which succesfully removed everything all the prior scans had not, but the system has only slightly improved. My last 2 Kaspersky scans have shown the pc to be virus-free, etc.

Can anyone please assist me with the aforementioned problems? I am at a complete loss as to how to get the pc running as before. Would a repair xp installation help, or am I going to have to start all over again?

I know you are short on volunteers presently, so I'll just hope for a response and would greatly appreciate any assistance I may receive.
