From the articles I've read, Agnitum's Spam Terrier is rated quite highly, in addition to it also being free, you can't really lose to give it a try. I understand it's easy to install and set up. http://www.agnitum.com/products/spam-terrier/index.php keep us posted and let us know how it performs for you if you decide to use it.

There's also a new program just out AntiSpam Sniper Pro 2.3 also free download at http://www.download.com/AntiSpam-Sniper-Pro/3000-2382_4 -10639435.html?tag=new&cdlPid=10830168 .

Stay tuned, others may have programs to offer.
