hey need help with this pop up virus

it keeps causing random popups and freezing my computer at random times. ive used avast, super antivirus, avg and a few other anti spy programs and they always find something and i restart and run it again and they find it again and every restart the same problems happen and dont stop after thevirus or anit spy goes through what could i do?
