non-printing!

I have an old HP Deskjet 722C printer. It has served me well for the past year, no problems. Today, however, I go to download and print a 2-page document, and all I keep getting is page 2, nothing more. I've tried every angle I could think of: download and print , save to a folder and print, print without filling in the form, etc.

Any idea what might be the problem? By the way, it's an irs form I'm trying to work with.

Try downloading the latest driver for the printer .. http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?pro duct=57565&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&submit.y=6&submit.x=9&lan g=en&cc=us . You may need to delete the currant driver, reboot with out the printer being connected to PC > install new driver > shut PC down and connect printer to PC > reboot > it will probably say 'new hardware found' , follow any instructions given.
