evening all,
i have just got my computer back from the "computer doctor" where i got a compleat new hard drive hense lost everything i had , i am trying to reload my programs and for some reason i can not load windows live , or msn both of which i had before- i am been told that i either have two problems - not enought room - have 2gigs so that no problem or that the firewall is stopping it - have exempt the firewall from stopping microsoft and even tried to turn off the firewall and install it but it did not help -
anyone any ideas what i can do

not really , it gos throught the motions of loading but then just get a red cross and the helpfull advice to "get some help" and that leads me to the site that tells me that i either have not enought memory or my firewall is blocking it
