Tips for getting your question answered
1)In order to get a quick, effective response to your questions, it is imperative that you provide as many details as possible about your computer setup. Type as much as you know -- most important is the version of Windows you use. Also important are the processor speed of your PC, and any anti-virus software you may have installed. For most software questions, make sure you specify the exact version number of your software and who makes it.
Remember, the MORE information you give, the BETTER the chances that someone will be able to solve your problem quickly!
2) And further to that. It's important that you be informative with your choice of subject heading also. For example ... Don't just put 'Help me!' or 'What can I do?' and things like that. They are likely to be skipped. Pinpoint the problem in your subject heading such as 'Can't delete email in Outlook 2000' or 'Unable to boot PC'. That way you are targeting your potential audience and are more likely to get the help you need.
3) When describing your problem, be as specific as possible about the conditions you see in front of you - remember that we can't see what you have in front of you - we only know what you have told us and we have to assume the rest.
4) Please only ask your question in one post. When you ask your question in 3 different posts then it gets confusing as you have three 'conversations' about the same thing in different places.
5) Please don't use "chat shortcuts" or abbreviations in your posts. Chat-speak can be different in different parts of the world, and using it just leads to confusion.
6) Before hitting "Submit" - go back and re-read your post one last time. Does it make sense? Are there spelling errors? It may seem silly, but a simple spelling mistake can lead to vastly different answers.
Thank you for visiting Help2Go and we hope to see you around!
