I can't get it to stop being my default email. When I click on an email link, th e Mozilla email thing pops up. I do not have it set as default. How can I get this to stop? Also is there a way to turn off/ uninstall/get rid of, the junk on the bottom left of browser. IRC chat, Composer, Navigator. Address book?

I can't find anything on preferences to allow me to turn it off. thanks

If you don't want the other options, Mozilla might not be the best option for you, since it's the whole suite. You can choose to not install the IRC client during setup (I think). If you just want the browser, grab Mozilla Firefox. For the email client, try Mozilla Thunderbird. Both can be downloaded from http://www.mozilla.org

As for the default email client, what do you want it to be set to? What operating system do you use? Need more info...

If you want just the browser, uninstall Mozilla, then re-install only the browser. You are given the choice at the beginning of the install process.I had the same problem as you,so I re-installed just the browser. Its worked great since.Or you could install Firefox as was previously suggested.
