One problem you have is a Peper Trojan, run THIS<<<< click here to remove the peper trojan from your computer ( Remain connected to the internet when you run this uninstall program). This will not fix the problem you are having, but might as well get everything fixed.

Really should run HJT program from a permanent file, not a temporary file. Post another log.

Cheers Smile

Hi

After removing the peper trojan as per Basementgeek's instructions....

Disconnect from the internet Close ALL browser windows (including this one) - run hijackthis and tick to fix (check the box next to) the list below.........when all are ticked (checked) click the Fix Checked button at the bottom. :-

R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {965A592F-8EFA-4250-8630-7960230792F1} - (no file)

O2 - BHO: Search Help - {E8EAEB34-F7B5-4C55-87FF-720FAF53D841} - C:\Documents and Settings\Amy\Local Settings\Temp\bvaXVdt.dll

O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {62999427-33FC-4baf-9C9C-BCE6BD127F08} - (no file)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WinSys] C:\WINDOWS\System32\WinSys.exe

O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} (RdxIE Class) - http://software-dl.real.com/2090a942c72d2d304901/netzip /RdxIE601.cab

Then reboot into >>>safe mode<<< Click Here for instructions find and delete :-

C:\WINDOWS\System32\WinSys.exe ... file

.....The entire contents of the C:\Documents and Settings\Amy\Local Settings\temp folder ( Do NOT delete the folder itself)

EXCEPT C:\Documents and Settings\Amy\Local Settings\temp\pk46.tmp\regprot.exe

You really should have Regprot running from a permanent folder, not the TEMP folder.

cheers

nvsvc32.exe is a process that belongs to the NVIDIA graphics card drivers. This process should not be removed to ensure that your graphics card drivers is working properly.
