I was surprised to find that there's older folks out there, like myself. I'm a young 43. Single dad. Don't drink, don't smoke, what do I do? Plenty. When I'm not working on the house, I'm lounging with my kid, or job hunting. My body is still willing, but my head often tells me to slow down. I sneak in a little rock and roll now and then(my son freaks out when he sees his old man jamming).
All in all, I'm stronger, wiser, and more compassionate than I ever was. And I'm glad for it. Anybody feel like I do? _________________ sailor
I'm a ripe (losing green by the minute) forty-three anos. I've already lost the once held anticipation of birthdays to come. Mind you, as the studies have shown, I get happier with age. I just don't like to do the math. _________________ sailor
