Last weekend, we moved to a new server. It's the same hosting company - just a newer, faster server to run on.

Last night, that server experienced a hardware failure. After languishing on the phone with "technicians" in India until 4am, I decided to give up and move the site back to our older, reliable server.

Unfortunately, this means that I had to restore the site from my backups, which means that we lost all posts from Thursday, midnight-6pm EST. (Midnight is when the last backup occurred, 6pm is when the server failed.)

Please accept my apologies if your post was lost - I did everything under my power to sort it out and tried very hard not to lost any data, but sometimes, as many techs know, it's just a whole lot less mess to go back to your last known good configuration. Smile

If you see any problems with the site, please bring it to my attention. My next step is to restore the Help2Go Detective back to working order.

Thanks,

Oscar

Thank you, Osc, for your lengthy, tedious, difficult work.

When my old faithful Help2Go site didn't come up, I knew it had to be the server because ya'll are too good to let the error be on your end!!

Very Happy
