I did the virus scan with Panda & need help removing vir

Hello! I am new to this whole thing and I am trying to fix my computer myself so I hope I am doing this right. I'm kinda a computer idot so please bare with me. Lately my computer has been running really slow and sometimes drops my internet connection. I added all the programs that were suggested and did the virus scan with Panda.
