help-i do not know which files am i suppose to delete

hi.

from your tutorial of how to remove the irritating System Integrity Scan Wizard and also System Security Warning (the stupid yellow triangle box), i've managed to run the HijackThis. but i'm unable to identify which part of the entries are problematic.

so i really need help on this. thanks a million!
