....a nice BIG box under/over/next to the Shout Box to discourage posts that should be placed in the forums.

I was gonna mention that too, Galena. I mean, how many times since the new site has been up have we ahd to tell someone the shout box is not for questions??? It happens many rimes a day! crazy people!  |

Yep - I've tried making the "Have a computer problem?" instructions more prominent on the home page, but I guess people see that shout box and are drawn to it.
I'll make that change today - good suggestion!

I never go to the front page, so I hadn't seen that section. I think maybe you should just make that bigger, a lot bigger , and then just maybe under where it says shout box, say don't post questions here. |
