Hello,

After reading some of the recent Threads in the "Computer Help" section I noticed that there is an issue with members not including computer specific information when posting Confused

Would it be possible to include a template in the indicated "Announcement" that could be copied to be completed in New Topics or maybe is there a way to include a series of fields to be filled in? I have noticed the latter when emailing support requests on some Websites.

LH - thanks for reminding me! We had extra fields in the old version of the site, but when I updated it last month, that got left behind (and I forgot all about it). I'll look into reinstating it.
