Just a suggestion Very Happy

The forums are massive! And there is so much information you could ge tlost for hours!

Is there any chance at some point maybe the 'Computer Help' forum can be divided into several categories to make searching and entering new topics easier, it will be more selective too

Hi Dave!

It's a good suggestion, and one we have discussed from time to time. So far, we've decided to keep the computer help in a single forum so that it was easiest for a person with little computer knowledge to come in and post. We've gotten feedback in the past that having lots of categories completely confuses folks, and our simplicity was one of the reasons they decided to post here.

The Spyware Forum was created some time ago, since the spyware posts were outnumbering and overwhelming the regular help posts, but other than that, we kept it whole.

It makes it harder for those of us who answer questions, certainly, and it probably limits the growth of our website somewhat. But we feel that the bonus of simplicity for the end user makes up for that. And we like the small community feel of the website too!

Please keep the suggestions coming - I really want to hear what ideas people have for improving the site. Tweaking things is half the fun! And welcome to Help2Go, Dave!
