I have no idea where I'm supposed to post this I bought a slick MP3 player and I'm having a problem getting it to play after I download the music on it and the site they say to go to is under construction so I have no idea how to use it
When I downloaded the music the player says unknown file and won't play

Hi:

If it says
Quote:

means the site, etc is not available. There is nothing we can do.

Maybe ought to think about returning the device.

See if there is any model number listed. Try this site and download the driver that matches your model. It seems that there is no support for these mp3 players (I would assume the company is out of business) Charlie

Most generic mp3 players use the same chipset and are compatible with any mp3 file.
There should be a connection, probably USB, to the PC to allow the uploading of mp3 files.
Most leads are the type with a standard USB plug at one end and a small plug at the other.
It might be worth bying full USB cable set that comes with various adapters.
