If you would like to learn how to read Hijackthis logs, there are various online "schools" that will teach how to do this. Below is a list of some well known and respected schools found on the internet.
These are in no particular order and there are other good schools out there that as time permits I will add.
It is free to sign up at any of these schools, but be warned there is a lot of reading and research to be done. If there are any questions about any of these schools feel free to ask either through a pm or in the forums. _________________ Proud Member of ASAP

I agree with Clark76, but I will say that Techsupport Forum would be my first choice.
I have visiting expert status in all of them except SWI, and they all are very good.
They are self paced, no big hurry to get them done. They all will help you get through it. As Clark76 said, be prepared to do just tons of reading. Once you get to the place to get to real logs, you can easily spend as much time reading everyday as to posting to logs. There is something new everyday to learn/remember.
