My daughters computer was/is overrun with virus'. I tried using various malware, spyware etc, some free, some paid for. I cannot now open any programs in safe or regular mode. The message is a RUNDLL:C:\Document-\GUY\local\sm1\temp\lttlhtatd.nls "module could not be found"

Is this beyond my fixing myself?

Thanks for any and all help or suggestions.

So you can get into safe mode? But when you try to run a program, it gives you that error?

You should probably try System Restore first

Otherwise you might need to start the Recovery Console from your installation disc.
