Keep getting .dll item in startup

Hello,

dumb me opened the wrong file and got some spyware.
But I just can't get rid of it .
I think I already tried every single antispyware program (spybot, adaware, hijackthis, superantispyware, avgantispyware, cc-cleaner, windows defender...), and I got everything removed except one little asshole Smile

It's a .dll-item that keeps returning in my startup registry (the .dll-file isn't anymore on the computer tho, but he just keeps putting it in which gives me errors when I start my computer, so I guess there's still a file somewhere that makes it return in my registry). I already googled it but google can't find the dll-file: "bnaeoqxb.dll"

I added a screenshot of a few scan-results in the attachment.

bnaeoqxb.dll is in your HJT log, it's an 04 entry O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [BMc327d1bf] Rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\bnaeoqxb.dll",s . Suggest you use the Detective, upper left on this page under Main Menu (paste your HJT log in it and submit. Follow any instructions given). If still no joy, let us know.

Thx, removed some unnecessary programs and some other malware.
But the .dll file keeps coming back after removing Sad

Go to Start > Run > type in msconfig > OK > Startup tab > see if bnaeoqxb.dll is there .. if it is, check box >OK > reboot > on reboot, configuration window will open, check the box 'to not show window again > OK. If this hasn't got rid of it, try doing this in Safe Mode, if still no joy, I don't know what to suggest. I'm not a HJT expert, and our site along with many others are short these experts. You could repost a new HJT log in the hopes that an expert will take a look ..

Normal reboot didn't help, will try it in safe mode later.
