Jane, if you copy your HJT log, go to the top left of this page, under Main Menu, you'll see Help2go Detective. Double click on it and paste your log into the box and click submit. Follow the directions exactly, check appropriate boxes if any and click the Fix Checked button. After rebooting your PC, create a new HJT log and post it here again. We'll let you know if more needs to be done at that point.

Getting late here, either I or one of our members will pick this up tomorrow. Shocked
