There are two antivirus installed on the PC. this is never advised as it leads to problems. You should uninstall either McAfee or AVG.

What problems are you having? I don't see any malware in the log although your Java is out of date.

Your Java is out of date.
Older versions of Java have vulnerabilities that malware can use to infect your system.
Please follow these steps to remove older version(s) of Java components and update.

Step 1 - Get the new version

Go to the Sun Java Download Page
On the Sun Java page scroll to the 5th download. Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 6
Click the button and choose the options.
- Platform Windows
- Language English
- Next place a check mark in the box to agree to the License Agreement.
"I agree to the Java SE Runtime Environment 6 License Agreement"
Click Continue
Click on the link to download Windows Offline Installation and save to your desktop.
Then from your desktop double-click on jre-6u6-windowsi586-p.exe to install the newest version.
Follow the prompts to complete the installation.

Step 2 - Remove old version(s)

Close any programs you may have running - especially your web browser.
Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove programs and remove all older versions of Java.
Check any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name.
Do not remove Java 6 Update 6
Click the Remove or Change/Remove button.
Repeat as many times as necessary to remove each old Java version.
Restart your computer once all Java components are removed.

Step 3 - Remove old folder(s)

Double click My Computer on the desktop, Locate this folder: C:\Program Files\Java
Open the Java folder and delete any subfolders except the jre1.6.0_06 folder which was just created by the newest Java installation.

Thanks. Followed your directions and updated JAVA. Also uninstalled the McAfee and left AVG.

The problem I am having is I go to my online bank wedsite and after I do my initial log-in a screen appears asking for various bits of personal info:

bank account
routing number
pin
mothers maiden name
etc.

Please download, update and run a-squared free

At the main menu, click Scan Now, there will be 4 options, choose Deep Scan.

* If malware is found, click the button Remove Selected Malware
* If malware is found, select all found and click Quarantine selected objects
* Click Save Report. Save the report to somewhere convenient, such as your desktop
* Add the a-squared report in your next post.
