Hi osc, as you may have noticed, there is definatly a problem with typing on the shout out program. "assist" coming out as "buttist" and I have also noticed that occasionaly letters are dropped. While you are researching this, perhaps you could see if Capital letters can be incorporated? I hope my appologies to Tootiredout are sufficient to keep Him/her with us.
Yep -- there's a language filter that replaces questionable words like assist. Assist in itself is fine, but the first 3 letters are caught by the filter and replaced with butt, a less objectionable version of the word.
Unfortuantely I didn't write the filter, so I can't change it, and I don't want to turn it off, since I'd like to avoid having any objectionable material on the home page. There are a few minors that regularly visit the site. _________________ Oscar Sodani
