That data rate/bitrate looks way too low for HD video. Try setting White Balance, ISO and Scene to Auto.

Well here is the outcome. Camera Settings: Scene: Auto; Image Size: HD 1280X720; Image Quality: Fine; White Balance: AWBAuto; Color Effect: Standard; Image Sharpness: Normal; Light Exposure: 0 Normal; ISO: Auto; Metering: Multi.
I took two clips first clip file reading states: Length: 7:01; Size 447 Mb; Frame width 1280 Frame Heitht 720; Frame Rate: 19 Frames/sec; Data Rate: 1113 Total bitrate: 1113
The Second Clip file reading States: Length 8:19; Size 451 MB; Frame width 1280; Frame height 720; Frame Rate: 19 Frame/sec; Data Rate 946 KBPS; Total Bitrate: 946 KBPS.
Also just to note: On my SDHC memory card states I have 01:18:22 recording time left.
With my outher camera I would not have this much time to start with, I always had 1:00:47 when I would format it. This camera when I format it shows 02:14:16.
    That is HD recording.
