    Default Which HDD case caddy?

Good morning, please can you help? I have two laptop HDD's that I need to get data from, the HDD's both measure just over 2.5" wide (7cm to be precise). I need to purchase a SATA USB 3.0 External HDD Hard Disk Drive Enclosure Case Caddy. I've looked at one on EBay that houses a 2.5 HDD, I'm advised that it won't be compatible with my HDD's. Please can you advise on what I need to purchase please? Thank you for your time.

    Hi Bcoharzis,

I'm assuming these are laptop HDD's? Desktop HDD's are usually 3.5". I've bought external enclosures for both. Newegg has some really nice ones. There are so many to choose from, just depends on what you would like to spend on one.

You may want to ask around at your local tech shops and take the HDD(s) with you.
