    Default Beware: Killer USB sticks

I have stressed many times to never share USB sticks to prevent the spread of malware.

Most USB thumb drives can be reprogrammed to silently infect computers

If the threat of malware infections doesn’t scare you enough to stop doing this, the possibility of electrical damage might.

'USB Killer' is a flash drive designed to fry your laptop

The next time you find a USB stick just laying around and are curious to know its content, or you think, "Hey! I could use that!", hopefully you’ll leave it laying where you found it.
If you think you might be infected with malware or have recently cleansed your computer of malware without the help of an expert, please read and follow the instructions in How to Start Removing Viruses and Spyware from your Computer. This can alleviate time consumed in trouble shooting your current computer problems.

If your problem is solved, here's how to say thanks!
