I know that Help2Go has listed tried and true free down loads in the articles and forums page.

I thought I would share 3 programs that I have down loaded that
SEEM to be fine and may be of interest:

http://www.webattack.com/get/go2pdf.html - Need a PDF file maker? Very simple

http://www.gfsoftware.com/ - Gets you a Piano keyboard and also a program called Guitar Pro. Works fine on XP, not sure about Win 9x

http://www.leeos.com/cdrom_list_creator.html - This is a great tool especially if you have CDs with MP3 on them. Really easy way to print out a list of all the tunes. I have used this for over a year.

As with any freeware need to use at your own risk.Run Spy Boot or other Spy program after you install it just incase.

    Gary,

I sure like the cdrom list creator, thanks for the tip.

I've been using JR Directory Printer - "The JR Directory Printer utility allows you to print a listing of every subdirectory and/or file contained within a directory and/or subdirectory. It supports lowercase/dos style filename, file size in KB/bytes, attributes, custom file length, etc." It's available at http://www.spadixbd.com/freetools/ check out their ruler while you're there. But yours looks to be the way to go!

Just d/l KB Piano and it works fine on my ancient P3 600 running 98se. Tunes are rubbish though! But knowing nothing about playing the piano could be part of the reason. STILL hopng to get my new system in time for Christmas
I know everything about nothing, nothing about everything and precious little about the bit in between.
