    Question Pointer problem

When I was setting up my WinXP desktop I think I unchecked a box somewhere where when the pointer is moved into a new window it highlights that window without clicking on it.
I would like to undo this but I cannot find what I changed in the first place.
It is a nuisance sometimes as when I am filling out a form or such and I move the pointer out of that window and don't realize it I lose the cursor where I am trying to type.
    Can anybody help?

Go to Start > Control Panel > Mouse > I'm not sure what options you have (they are different according to the make of mouse) but the nearest I come with a logitech mouse might be the ClickLock feature. You'll have to go through the Mouse Properties and see if you can find the setting you need to change.

    Keep us posted.

Thanks Cannuk for a quick reply but I don't think that it is in the mouse.
I definitely remember when I changed it that it said that it would allow one to move to another window without clicking on it.
The thing I changed was similar to the options you get when you use Tweakui but I have looked in there and it doesn't appear there.

    Thanks arraknid.
That did the trick. I tried several times with tweakui but I missed it.
    Thanks again, niblo9
