Default Do I need to install CCleaner again?

I share my computer with my son. Tonight he was complaining that his account was running slow. So I naturally thought of CCleaner and we attempted to download CCleaner only to have it rejected and aborted. I guess I should start by saying that I do have CCleaner installed on my account. Does this mean he is already covered so whenever I run the cleaner, the entire PC is cleaned up? And am I the "administrator" of my PC? There seems to be all sorts of things he cannot download to his account unless it goes through me.

Does it clean all the user accounts on the computer?

At the moment CCleaner supports cleaning the current user's account only. This may change in a future release.
I saw this on their site, so the answer is no, each account needs to be cleaned individually. Try putting the program in My Shared Docs, when your son's account is open, he should have access to it.
