    Default Help with Disc Painter

    Recently got a Dymo Disc Painter. It worked nicely - ONCE. Now no print at all. Printer status window says: Deleting - error - printing. No way can I get rid of that message. All hardware & cables are OK. Their web site is of no help, and I tried their phone number - no answer.

    Help! I hope I have not wasted $250.

    Hi Bill, First of all please remove your email address from your post before you are inundated with spam!! All posts are answered within the forum, not by email.

    Your problem may just be a print spooler problem. To clear it, follow the instructions here..

    Other than that, unless someone else here has the same hardware, you may wait some time for further responses. Your recourse should be with the manufacturer, so maybe keep trying.

    Thanks. That took care of the file jam. Now if someone can help me with the hardware that would be cool. I should know better than to publicize my email address.

    I have a feeling that it is something very simple, but I've tried all reasonable possibilities.
