Why are you starting a new thread, asking the same question as you did here just 12 hours ago??

Did you check the link given by Canuck? For your info, this is it...

There is an known issue with MSN 9.6 that can result in the behavior you are
describing. If you have a large number of folders (greater than 25), this
can cause MSN to constantly check for new mail resulting in high CPU usage.

There is a fix available from MSN MemberCenter. However, the following
criteria is required for it to work.
You are receiving MSN directly from Microsoft and not from Qwest or Verizon
    (these versions are not affected).
You are running the EN-US version (English-US).
You are running version 9.60.0053.2200 of MSN.

You can check the above by doing the following:
    1) Sign into MSN
    2) Click Help and Settings
    3) Click Configuration

If you see the following values, then you can install the update:
    MSN Client = 9.60.0053.2200
    MSN Market = en-us
    MSN Brand = MSN [MSNI]

Here is the link to the MemberCenter article:
    https://membercenter.msn.com/signin....a%3dwsignin1.0

It is number one under the MSN Top Solutions.
Starting a second thread will achieve nothing - other than confusion. If the suggested fix didn't work, post back to the original thread and let us know. This one will be closed.
