Default Defrag software will not install on request

I downloaded this but when I attempt to install I get the following:
    C:\ProgramFiles\IBOTSmartDefrag\NtfsData.dll
An error occurred while trying to name the file in the destination directory.
    MoveFile failed; code32
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. Choice offered:
    • Abort
    • Retry
    • Ignore

I choose 'Abort' of course so here I am for some advice why this is happening?
All applications are closed as advised before attempting installation.

    Windows XP/SP3 IE 6.0

    kind regards,

    Hi Tallin,

Try just selecting Ignore till it moves on, then if necessary, try Retry. Some progs need a bit of a push sometimes.

    Default Every Friday

...I run one or the other temp file cleaners. While I was waiting for your absolutely jet assisted reply I did a search and found I had 499 temp. files to clean, ran ATFcleaner.exe, they all went to God, then did another search showing an empty folder thankfully.

I then attempted to install again, no go, then your reply came in. I had to click 'ignore' 20 times going through all the languages (would never been game to do that without guidance) program now installed.

Thanks Arraknid, it is good to have you in my back pocket.

Do you know the program, if so what do you think of it.

kind regards, and thanks very much for such wonderful service.
