    Unhappy blue Screen unable to do anything!!!

    Blue screen with following error: xxxSTOP: oxoooooo7E ( 0xC0000005,oxfzd6446d, oxf972da6c,oxf972d768)
    Unable to do anything, can't even use safe mode. other message that comes up is multi(0) disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)windows\systems32\drivers
    Does anyone understan this? I'm really not too hot on computers.
    It is a dell computer with XP. Hasit really had it?

    It's likely that you have a corrupt driver preventing startup. There should be more info on the blue screen naming the driver. Do you see anything?

    As you have a Dell, you have the possibility of doing a repair install - either from the supplied disk, or by pressing one of your function keys - possibly F12?

    See if there's anything mentioned on the Dell splash screen at boot up.
