it say that i need to remove upper and lower filters values in this registry key:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE_SYSTEM\CURRENT\CONTROLSET\CONTROL\CLASS\4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE1038 How do I do this ?I dont know where to go to do this.

If you aren't happy with going into the registry, click here, and download to your desktop. Then double click the file, confirm addition to the registry, and restart the computer.
