Default malware/computer slowing down/mouse clicks not working

I followed the instructions. Housecall keeps shutting down on me. Active scan detected 1 malware at 8% but shut down at 24 %. Both superantispyware and anti-malware detected nothing. I have Kaspersky Internet security suite runing which detects vulnerabilities byut can't seem to repair them. I also used the HJt detective to solve the problems but it didn't work this is my current HJT log.
