    Default copy file into system 32

    Hi.
    Look for some help.
    Have windows xp, and office standard 2000.
    When trying to select thai, get message that file c_20838.nls is missing.
    Have found this file on internet, and downloaded into a folder.
    Please assist in how I do copy this file into system 32.
    I am NOT a computerfreak, so please try assist me in a step by step way.

    First you need to go to the System32 folder which is located at C:\Windows\system32. To do that, click on Start, My Computer, C drive, Windows, System32.

    Next, look for the file c_20838.nls which may be there even though the system says it's missing! If found, right click on it, select Rename, and add .old to the file name. It should then look like this c_20838.nls.old

    Even if not found, continue with the next stage.

    Now go to the new downloaded file, right click on it and select Copy. Go back to the System32 folder and click on an open area of the window and right click again, this time select Paste.

    Job done.
