Cool Dell Color Monitor has lost red and green color.

Have original disk for setting up the color monitor. Can I use it to restore full color spectrum?

To adjust the colour on a monitor there are usually setting buttons on the monitor itself, you should try those first. If that doesn't work, you could install the driver for the monitor from the disk you have. Give us the model of your Dell monitor and we'll check for an up-to-date driver. How old is the monitor? Keep in mind they don't last forever and it may be broken .. can you try plugging the monitor into another PC to see if it works there?

    Cool Dell Color Monitor E551

In response to your question about the Model # as shown in the title it is Dell Color Monitor E551. My son purchased the computer from Dell and it was delivered in November 2001.

Check this trouble shooting guide for your monitor Documentation . Another possibility is that the graphics card has either a damaged driver, not seated well in the motherboard(if it's not built in) or it's simply broken. The monitor is 8 years old, so it's possible it's shot. As mentioned above, try plugging it into another PC and see if it works.
